We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will try to resolve the issue by offering a re-clean or partial refund, depending on the situation.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Service was not completed as agreed.

• Major areas were missed or improperly cleaned.

 

Each case is reviewed individually.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the property becomes immediately dirty again after the cleaning is completed due to:

  • Pets (e.g., shedding, accidents, muddy paws, etc.)

  • Children or adults tracking in dirt or creating clutter

  • Environmental factors (e.g., dust or debris entering through open windows)

• If our team is unable to complete the service due to:

  • No access to the property at the scheduled time

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • Lack of essential utilities (e.g., water, electricity)

• If dissatisfaction is due to personal preferences that were not communicated prior to or during the service

• If a complaint is not submitted within 24 hours of the completed service

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund or re-clean, please contact us within 72 hours with the following information:

• Description of the issue
